We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly and efficiently, with most orders dispatching within 24 hours of being placed; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
All orders are sent using order tracking and require a signature at point of delivery. Please consider this when selecting a delivery address/location.

Sometimes we use PTT International when delivery is hard to be handle by geologically or expensive via TNT. In such case, we would like to contact with you for explanation the situation.
You have a rush? Unfortunately you should charge extra shipping money.
*Please note: Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed on the next working day. As such, orders will be processed/dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
** Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be processed same day and be expected to be delivered on Monday (except Bank Holidays).
How To Track Your Order
You can track your order by using the website of TNT.
You can track your order also using the tracking number and the link on your dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can sign in to your Elibuyuk Otomotiv account to check your order status.
When will my order be sent?
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time frame, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay. During sales or busy periods delivery may take 5-7 working days.
What if I am not home when they deliver?
We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. For many of our customers this may be a work address. However, if you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “Something For You” card. You can then collect from your TNT post office or re-arrange delivery online for a time that suits you.
Elibuyuk Otomotiv do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.
